The 2009 Capital Conference is "green"! Each attendee is welcome to bring a laptop with wireless connectivity capability. Conference Materials will be provided via electronic website during and after the conference, no handouts will be available. Sessions will begin each morning at 0745 and conclude at 1630.

Breakfast will be offered at 0715.
